I decided that I need to really work on my flexibility so I have challenged myself to doing some yoga EVERY DAY for the month of August. This morning I rolled out of bed at 5:30 a.m., grabbed my yoga mat, turned on my interval timer, and did some basic yoga stretches (from memory). It felt great but my back is really sore (I also need to focus on my core and strengthening it - with planks!) and my sciatica is causing me some issues. I'm hopeful that, over the next few weeks, both issues will get better.
