Ha, 1 mile tempo run. I ran the first mile with Capn Jon , picked up the pace for my 2nd mile, and then ran the 3rd mile at the same pace as the first. Afterwards we hung out with The Running Zone training group, they were doing a speed workout on the grass - sprints!

Overall, a good running day :)
