Ran the first 5 miles with Capn Jon . Stopped by the house for a drink of water, to use the bathroom, and to eat a couple of Chomps then headed back out for 3 more miles solo. First 5 in 57:00, mile 6 & 7 faster, mile 8 fartleks. Felt super sluggish the first 5 and much better the last three.
