    Recovery run today. Legs were sore today but hammered out 8. Ran around Lake Shawnee and thought it was longer than it was. I did fall two short of the goal but still got 48 for week. Taper time.

    Run was going well until mile 13 then thoughts of what did I get myself into again.

    Tried for 16 but could only make it to 8. 76 and 20 mph SW wind did not help. Need some more rest, I will try again tomorrow.
