Its time to update my dailymile...
While everyone is stucked in traffic on their way to christmas party and busy preparing for company events, I did easy 8km around BHS loops. No water breaks.

No water breaks. 8kms easy run 6.5 loops of BHS. Happy to see my improved running form and longer strides. Getting back to what I love doing, RUN.

Yung speed program ko mamaya nakakalula yung pacing. Yari.
No garmin to measure my pace. Napabilis. dapat 5:51 mpk lang eh.
