    Pretty glad I went today, I'd fallen asleep on the couch and was really debating going or not. Fortunately guilt set in and I went, turned out to be a pretty decent run.

      No longer glad I went, knee is swollen and hurts like a bitch. Great, just what I need right now. I guess this is my encouragement to stick with the bike for a bit... really frustrating my distance was building nicely.
