6.2 miles on treadmill in 1:04:32. I didn't look at the clock, just kept going until it seemed like an hour. Felt pretty darn good, considering today was my 3rd consecutive day of running.

Hey Dad, my low-level biking at the gym is around 14-15 mph. So you're probably cycling more miles than you think. 9:22 would just be a fast running pace for you. :)

Yeah, 9:22 would be a half marathon in about 2:03 versus my best time of 2:19. I'll take it! It's hard to guess the bike miles. A lot of it is at a significant resistance level, including standing up on the pedals. Not much is what I'd call "spinning" at low resistance.
