      On my run this morning it was a song from Dispatch that brought be back to a sold out Garden singing The General at the top of their lungs. I thought my head was going to explode.

    Late lunch run. Did layer up enough and it was cold/windy. I was without music today and it felt like I ran better/more consistently. Food for thought.
