  1. RUN
good Loopy Loop 4.01 mi 00:40 09:51 pace

Nice to get back out there after nearly a month away. Love the way my mind kept working on excuses to get me to bail on the loop early and body just pushed right through. #moremiles

  2. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 4.02 mi 00:40 09:50 pace

Slow, but done. A short SXSW pre-tox run inspired by Chad and #moremiles motivation by Dan.

  3. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 4.01 mi 00:38 09:33 pace

Colder than I thought out there... it took a while to warm up and I never really got going. Chalk it up to my infrequent runs lately.

  4. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 4.11 mi 00:40 09:44 pace

First two with Ozzie - stops and starts. Second two solo and pleased to put in my fastest mile to finish. It's the little things. 25F and sunny.

  5. RUN
good Loopy Loop 4.05 mi 00:39 09:37 pace

Really, really cold, but sunny, so there's that. Have a nice weekend!

  6. RUN
good Loopy Loop 4.44 mi 00:43 09:37 pace

Ran/walked/dragged the puppy for the first two and then headed out for another loop. We need to get more consistent about our runs. TGIF!

  7. RUN
good Loopy Loop 4.5 mi 00:43 09:39 pace

Ran the 1st ~2 miles with Ozzie (he started to get the hang of it) and then went back out for another loop solo. Good to get this in ahead of the storm and polar vortex hitting New England. #hoth

  8. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 3.03 mi 00:30 09:51 pace

Quick lunch run. Felt more like 5 miles because of the "parachute" named Ozzie I had latched to my waist. We're still get used to running...

  9. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 4.01 mi 00:39 09:42 pace

Any run is better than no run, right? Wondering if the volume of losing scratch cards and empty nips discarded along my loop says something about the community I live in? #ThingsIThinkAboutOnARun

  10. RUN
good Loopy Loop 4.01 mi 00:39 09:42 pace

It warmed up to 19F and windy, so I figured this was as good a time as any to get back to running after a month away. Definitely rusty and felt it in the lungs, but overall is was good/great run. I... read more

  11. RUN
good Chestnut Loop 4.63 mi 00:43 09:13 pace

Finding time to run seems to be getting harder and harder - I was glad to squeeze this in today. Cold, but the gloves came off a couple miles in and the sun peeked through occasionally to warm me u... read more

  12. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 4.03 mi 00:38 09:20 pace

Good to get back out there after a long holiday layoff.

  13. RUN
good Loopy Loop 2.82 mi 00:26 09:12 pace

Added another loop on to the loop I did with Ozzie to get in a decent weekend run. Cool (40s), but no rain (yet) and now looking forward to a fun afternoon.

  14. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 2.46 mi 00:27 11:07 pace

This run recap is posted on behalf of our dog Ozzie... "Dad wore a weird leash around his waist for today's walk. Then he pulled out this tiny piece of awesomeness and started running. We... read more

  15. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 4.01 mi 00:37 09:18 pace

Another chilly loop. Wish I could have waited for a lunch run (temps in the 50s), but my schedule is crazy then. TGIF!

  16. RUN
good Loopy Loop 4.03 mi 00:37 09:12 pace

I forgot how much I like to run when it's cold outside. Sure, the first five minutes aren't a lot of fun, but if you layer up correctly it's great once you settle in. So much better ... read more

  17. VELO
    good 10.5 mi 00:48 13.1mph pace

Another indoor cycle because the runs are hard to get in this week.

  18. VELO
    good Inside 8.19 mi 00:32 15.4mph pace

First indoor cycle of the season = it must be below freezing outside. I figured a little cross training would be ok while I let my blood thicken up for the winter. Need to keep upping the distance ... read more

  19. RUN
good Chestnut Loop 5.64 mi 00:55 09:47 pace

Ran the first mile with the puppy (13 min pace). It was a "fruitful" run, if you know what I mean. Kicked it in solo for the town loop and felt good at 9 min pace. Such a beautiful, crisp... read more

  20. RUN
alright Loopy Loop 4.02 mi 00:37 09:18 pace

Back at it after a week away. Cool and windy. Fall is here! Go Red Sox!!
