Second workout of NYC training done. I was pretty tired this morning after waking up at 5am after just 6 or so hours of interrupted sleep (baby). Felt warmer and muggier today than yesterday (though actually looking at the weather station, conditions were fairly similar) and combined with the poor sleep, effort felt a little harder than the easy run it should have been. HR 166 avg, 180 max. Cadence 182. 76/72F, 83H. Distancias #2.
