Woke up at 4am for no good reason this morning. Tossed and turned for 30 minutes or so, then accepted that I just wasn't getting back to sleep and decided to make the best of the situation and get my run in before it got too hot. Was fairly hot and humid when I started at 5am, but cooled down noticeably at around 6am when the sun started to rise, so my last 3 miles were much more comfortable than the first 7. Hip felt fine, knock on wood. 77/74F, 91H. Cadence 178. Distancias #3.

Good job getting it done early Jim, strong start to your week. I think the humidity is often at it's worst around 5AM here too, a bit before the sun rises.
