Quick strength training
3 sets:
16x wide-grip body-weight rows
8x triceps dips
8x alternating dumbbells curls (30# the first set, then dropped to 25#).
More limited than I had planned. Yesterday was supposed to all lower-body and core but I did more upper-body than I planned so I had to tone today down.


Great job, I tend to gravitate towards upper body too, its hard to "want to do" ab work!
