      I was going to suggest trying the foam roller. After a period (days/weeks) of running, even though I stretch before & after each run, my muscles get pretty tight...which throws things off elsewhere. Maybe you've got something similar going on. Try stretching/rolling the hips. Tight hips can mess up a lot of other areas, especially around the knees. Hope you feel better soon Jim!

      I agree with Ann. Something else is probably the problem. Like the hips. Hips always seem to start the problems ha. Good luck and just keep moving. That's better than sitting.

    Walked because my Knees are still sore. Took an ice bath last night and that helped some. Also did some stretching my muscles and tendons today. Increasing my protein! Happy Hump Day ya'll! :-)
