      Day one is not bad, you have accomplished so much already and will continue to do so! We all "slip off the wagon" from time to time. You're aware and nipping it in the bud. Here's hoping your stress decreases so you can focus more on you.

      Lisa, UB is over a million people, reminds me more of NYC than KC. At the Buddhist center, most of the staff speak English. I only know a few words in Mongolian but started lessons again yesterday. It's a tough language for foreigners to learn (new sounds, different grammar, different alphabet) but I really want to learn.

      I love the maps of your runs. That's what a Garmin (or other GPS tracking device) is so fantastic - the maps/trails they save are like photographs or postcards of where you've been!

      It was in the 50s here this morning. Not sure I could make it out the door if it was -13 out regardless of whether it felt like -25 or -13. Great determination Jim. Maybe your devices are too cold to work.
