30 Day Shred

First time trying Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred. Need to do this at a different time of day though, 5:00 AM is not good for me. :-p


I keep hearing about this 30 day shred. Did you like it??

Karen asked about the 30 Day Shred.... Yes, I kind of liked it. It has you do a 3 minute strength segment, 2 minute cardio and 1 minute of abs... then repeat a few more times. Each cardio segment consists of stuff like jumping jacks and jumps and such, so I was worried I would make too much noise jumping on our wood floors while my husband was sleeping. I think it would be a better workout when I'm not concerned about issues like that! :-)
