Weekly Barefoot Treadmill Totals

Just decided I'm going to keep track of these amounts here, just for kicks. Planning on doing the same speed for a couple weeks... but then I'm trying to decide if I should kick up the speed or the distances on the barefooting. I'm not training to run outside or super-long distances that way, I just want to use it to strengthen my feet and legs as well as be more conscious of my gait.
T - 0.25 mi at 5mph
W - 0.25 mi at 5 mph
R - 0.25 mi at 5 mph
F - 0.25 mi at 5 mph
S - 0.25 mi at 5 mph
S - 0.25 mi at 5 mph


Wow Jill; are you using VFF's or really barefooting? Continued success with this my friend.

No VFF's, just barefoot on my treadmill. Well, actually I wear a thin pair of old socks, just cause I'm afraid the belt would rip my feet up some.

I'm not looking to go barefoot full time! Too much junk on the roads (glass, garbage, rocks)! But it's an interesting exercise and brings a lot more awareness to form.
