Brisk walk around my neighborhood... it definitely hurt. But I used the iMapMyRun app to do more testing.... wow, that program will be fun to review!

Yeah, but I think I was pushing that too much. I hurt really badly the rest of the day and my second walk was much, much, much slower! :-)

I hear ya. I am just amazed because 13 is slightly slower than my training run pace :)
