All done at 5.4 mph, next week I will bump up the speed again!
Each week this feels easier and I feel stronger, I definitely think it is strengthening my feet. Still have no desire to run a whole race barefoot, but I really think this is a good component to include in my training.

Brian: I really am having a good time... these little short runs feel good and they're fun!

Chris: I actually do have a pair of Free Everydays... I may get the latest version of the Free. I like wearing them for short runs outside, plus I actually like them for "fashion" purposes, they're more comfortable than the old Skechers I used to wear for casual wear.
