    Barely had time to cool down from the track and I was sweating again. Great total body workout and lots of seat and thigh work. I will miss Megan- she is a great instructor.

    went out for a little run to test my lungs after having bronchitis and a sinus infection. Not ready to do any sort of distance or speed at all; I sure hope I'm better soon. :(

      Take it easy. You're body is still coming back. After bronchitis, it can take up to 3-4 weeks before you'll feel back to normal. Trust me...been there. Mine took about 2 weeks, but a friend of mine took 4!
