This is Day 1 of my little lunchtime running experiment. In an effort to up my mileage, I figured I could run with my coworkers a couple miles at lunch every other day or so. That way, I don't have excuses about not being able to wake up early enough or whatever. This time around we ran from work down to Portos and got a ride from one of our other coworkers back to the office. The only minor drawback is that it's getting warmer, so I'm gonna have to bring a towel and more water. And sunblock. On a good note, I got my Nike Frees in today. I'm gonna plan on running tomorrow morning maybe with Liz. Next goal: Camp Pendleton Mud Run! Semper Fi! Do or Die!!!
