      DOMS is a bitch when you first start anything. You can run some recovery miles (mile?) and it will do wonders for that sort of thing. If its your achilles, you know what to do.

      All I could think about when I tweaked my achilles yesterday as the pain got progressively worse was the trouble you've had for the past year. Anxiety was through the roof.

      Started PT today, only time will tell I suppose.

      It really only hurts or is weak when I try to run, so I got that going for me.

    First real ride of any distance on the bike, still getting used to everything. Didn't think I was working very hard but ended up fairly hot and sweaty even though it was only 60 out.
