    88F and sunny. Haven't ran in this kind of heat in a looong time. What a killer! Ugh!

    80F. 20:40 out, 20:49 back. Just tried to not push too hard. Coming back from norovirus and allergies are kicking up too right now. Felt nice to get back out on the road though!

    65F & sunny. Rough run today. Either not used to the higher temp or it was the nasty elevation in mile 3...or both. Haven't sweat like this in a long time. :)

      The heat killed me earlier in the week - hottest temps since September. Felt like I was running in a sauna. Of course, the elevation did nothing to help you!

    34F and sunny. Felt like my winter runs, burrrr! Paused a few times to snap some pics of the trail...aftermath of the record rain on Thursday. Creek was down about 5-6 feet from its peek today.

    Pretty good for the longest run ever for me. 2 miles longer than my usual longest. And still kept it under an 11:00 pace.
