    Ran with the boys today before heading for a Thanksgiving half-time lunch for the Packer game today. Cooler than expected, but perfect for a trail run.

      i find it so hard to dress for my runs this time of year. i am either too cold or too hot. good 4, despite the lethargic feeling.

    Beautiful morning for a Fall run! Well rested due to Daylight Savings time! Enjoyed the leaves falling and sun sun shining on my face early this am. Great way to start before heading to church.

      Is there usually a bump or bulge when the achilles is injured? Do I still continue to iceit or just do the stretching exercises?

      What a nice pace for not running for awhile. My son has allergy induced asthma....so it has been a yucky few days for him as well. I hear ya on getting acclimated to the heat. It seems like when I am finally used to it, the snow is here!
