  1. RUN
    Baseball Loop 1.01 mi 00:10:14 10:08 pace

YEAH. Broke 10:15 on the baseball loop! Now to get a few runs under my belt at this pace, then go for 10.

  2. RUN
good Baseball Loop 1.02 mi 00:10:31 10:16 pace

I'm really liking this new loop. I go around the baseball field, down Main Street, then across to Sulphur Gulch trail.

  3. RUN
    good 1 mi 00:10:27 10:25 pace

Found a new loop that I really like. Trying to get this one under 10:30 on a consistent basis...then we'll go for 10:15.

  4. RUN
    good 5.04 mi 00:59 11:38 pace

Felt really good on this one. It was the fastest long run I've done in a long time. I had to take a couple of breaks near the end to stretch a little, but otherwise awesome.

  5. RUN
    good 1.01 mi 00:10:32 10:23 pace

1/2 mile west on Sulphur Gulch and then back.

  6. RUN
    tired 5.01 mi 01:02 12:17 pace

I appreciate a tailwind, but it seriously stinks to finish my last 2.5 miles with 40 mph wind gusts trying to take me off to Oz or something. Otherwise, good. I did have to walk/run some, so my tim... read more

  7. RUN
    great 2 mi

Speedwork today. Ran 1st mile in 9:45, then run/walk 2nd mile in 11:23. I really enjoyed the first mile - ran downhill and just RAN. Of course I always think I'm going faster than I am, but oh well... read more

  8. RUN
    great CO Marathon 10K 10 km 01:11 11:23 pace

Beautiful course, blew past my pacer at mile 5, then passed my requisite 3 people as I sprinted my guts out to the finish line. Beat my previous 10K PR by 4 minutes! :)

  9. bought a new knee brace today. I've been having trouble with my left knee ever since the 10K at Disney 3 years ago - I had to dodge someone who drifted and got attacked by an orange traffic cone. W... read more

  10. RUN
    good 5.01 mi 01:02 12:22 pace

Beautiful weather, can't believe I made it running the whole way! A couple of stretch breaks on the 2nd 2.5 miles, but I definitely felt better than last Thursday's run. Wahoo!

  11. RUN
    tired 3.02 mi 00:36 12:03 pace

BLEAGH. There are some runs that you just have to run. Stanktacular time, but it was after an 8 hour shift and the wind was FIERCE. I also had some trail issues - my trail ran out after a mile! I h... read more

  12. RUN
    good 3.01 mi 00:36 11:55 pace

First 3 miler since my last 5K. Felt good...but time was a little icky. Hoping to remedy that in the next few weeks!

  13. RUN
    alright 1.01 mi 00:11:21 11:14 pace

Beautiful scenery, but a boring track workout to calibrate the Nike+

  14. RUN
    good 2.03 mi 00:21 10:30 pace

ran to the bucks at hilltop to drop off some keys...a few more hills on that route!

  15. RUN
    good 2 mi 00:21 10:28 pace

Beautiful day in the Rockies today! Everyone should be so lucky :)

  16. RUN
    good sulphur gulch 1 1 mi 00:12:04 12:03 pace

Well, hello there, bandwagon! It's nice to be back on. It's been a while since I've seen ya. Would've liked to come back stronger, but it was SO nice outside today, I can't complain! 65* here in De... read more

  17. Man. I have fallen so far off the running wagon....But on Feb. 13th, I ran a 5K in 32:39, beating my time HOLLOW. So now I have to figure out if I want to train for the half....I hate running when ... read more

I ran today in the rain and it wasn't that bad. I got cool perspective shift. I viewed the rain as negative. But once I was out there I decided to view it as positive. It was neat to see how my view of the world changed once every drop became a blessing instead of an inconvenience. A overcast grey world all of a sudden was so refreshing and green. :) One step at a time, right?
