Its form day...neuromuscular training all the way around....
short, slow, focused sets
had to cut it short so I could shower and make the 45 min drive BACK home in time for pick-up
really wish the pool was a tad closer....almost 2hrs of drive time so I don't get there often enough to seal these patterns into memory like I want

Awesome swim! That's the one thing I don't like about swimming and that prevents me from doing more too is the time spent commuting back & forth plus shower, etc... I also have to deal with child care too.
