      ok, y'all are sweet...when you average my running in with my others it drags me know how that works....the F drags the As or Bs down...but y'all are nice...and whose setting the curve anyway??? And my strength and conditioning coach, would prob give me an F for gracefulness....its quite sad....I fall over trying to do standing lunges. I have to hold his elbow....gotta get my stability in ck!

      I imagine running will be very similiar....I doubt I'll ever look or perform like a true runner, but if I can get a little bit of efficiency and stop fighting the ground (like some people fight the water) then I'd be happy! The strength, conditioning, agility was the foundation...we'll see how the rest develops...its soooo HARD!
