    frist 20 min felt really good, last 40 min it felt a lot harder. Probably went too hard at the start.

    was supposed to be my first 5k, but blisters on feet popped at the 2.4 km mark.

  14. got blisters on my feet on sunday so haven't been running for a few days and had to skip a session. replacing today's session with a workout from crossfit endurance.

    wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. ran 2.5 km barefoot, but balls of feet started to feel blistery so did th last 1.5 km in volleys.
