was supposed to be my first 5k, but blisters on feet popped at the 2.4 km mark.

got blisters on my feet on sunday so haven't been running for a few days and had to skip a session. replacing today's session with a workout from crossfit endurance.

wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. ran 2.5 km barefoot, but balls of feet started to feel blistery so did th last 1.5 km in volleys.
