HUMID!!! Setting expectations: Just go ahead, I'll be along later.

Needing a little jump start since I'm allowed to go back to work.

  4. RUN

Thanks. My dislike started 30 or so years a go with the District Cross Country finals where we had to run in a monsoon. Our team should have finished well in the race, but we couldn't overcome the conditions. Some times were running in knee deep water and that really sucked.

  7. RUN
    good W.C. 4 mi 00:37 09:11 pace

It seemed a little colder today or maybe the heat is finally on at work. Kind of nice running the neighborhood and smelling the wood burning in the fireplaces.

  8. RUN
    good WC 4.1 mi 00:39 09:24 pace

This was one of those good thinking runs. Hate those working days where you finally accomplish one thing and another immediately pops up. I can't wait to spend next week with D at the house ... read more

  10. RUN
blah Pike Road Trail 2.31 mi 00:24 10:12 pace

I'm not a smart man Jenny. The trail was terrible to run on the first two times I attempted it, I don't know why I thought it would be any better the third time around.

I don't understand, but good run anyway. Cold rain will make you run quicker.
