Had to take a short walking break after mile 2.5 but I pushed out another 1.5...legs felt a little heavy and just couldnt get into a rhythm. Wouldve loved to have done a 5miler but maybe next week =)


Still a nice run, Jen! You could probably pull another 5 in a day or two of rest or shorter distance of running.
