    Had my lil sis as my workout buddy again, she wanted to do weights so that's a good thing cuz Im never motivated to those. Good workout!

    Got up bright and early, picked up my lil sis, and we hit the gym. Ran out of time towards the end but Im glad I got to lift some weights. Must do that more consistently! But a good workout overall =)

    Had to take a short walking break after mile 2.5 but I pushed out another 1.5...legs felt a little heavy and just couldnt get into a rhythm. Wouldve loved to have done a 5miler but maybe next week =)

      Still a nice run, Jen! You could probably pull another 5 in a day or two of rest or shorter distance of running.

    Jumped on the elliptical and pumped it up for an hour. Felt good to sweat out the stress of the work day =)

    A quick run before work this morning, took short walking breaks after every mile. Didnt want to push it since I havent ran in over a week. Will def "bring it" in the next couple of weeks since the Shuffle is fast approaching, yikes! =)

    Got to the gym, was pumped up to do a long, hard workout and come to find out that my nano is missing! I needed my music, the gym radio was not cutting it for me, lol. Oh well. Toughed it out for an hour.

    Had a workout buddy today, woohoo! It was fun with my sis, made it go faster. Felt good, felt the burn =)
