i suppose it's not really a brick if you drive home from cycling and wait 45 minutes before running... but oh well, it still felt tough and my legs are now wrecked. dave (the hubs) went with me...what a nice fella he is! he caught me up on his golf game while i told him about the cycle. #fitcouplesrock

have a GREAT weekend friends. :)

It's a brick, of course if you run after the bike. It is a rubber brick if there is a delay between the run and the bike. Rubber brick isn't as "hard." I heard Dave Scott use that term once.

You are young and I wasn't sure you would recognize who it was.

excellent. makes sense - a brick is obviously the true meaning since your legs are like, WTF?! ...but running an hour after still made my legs hurt a lot more. have a nice weekend jay :)

Nice work! How nice of the hubs to join you :) I patiently listen to my hubby while he talks golf and he does the same for my droning on about running - it works!

Still a brick for sure, and sometimes tougher after a short break. Way to get it done.
