  1. Missed my morning run due to lack of sleep, but making up for it tonight!

  2. I ran twice this weekend, had a great pain-free short run last week. I'm starting to feel like a runner again!

    So-so. Having never kickboxed before I was completely lost. I also though the class was kinda boring, but it was good to do something other than run for a change.

    tired Barely eeked out a mile 1 mi

    Somehow this one mile was really hard, but I took a 30 second walk break and finished it up. Minor foot pain, but managed to finish.

    Really pleased I was able to run for a whole 17 min with minimal pain and I'm not nearly as out of shape as I thought I was. I think by summer I'll be running loops in Central Park.
