    Saturday morning I set out to do an easy 6, but every thing in my world felt perfect. I got lost in a zone and just ran until I felt tired. 10 miles felt perfect for me :)

    Simple, relaxing, and easy run. All I wanted was just to cruise the neighborhood, breathe in the fresh air, and lose myself from the world.

    Once again, everything felt right about this run. I did venture up some nice steady slopes that gave my thighs a nice burn, boy oh boy did it feel good though :)
