    These 9 miles were comforting, wonderful, but made me miss Matt. Physically this run made my heart stronger, emotionally not so much. I miss my running buddy. #heartbroken

      Nice run, solid pace. There's a french saying that roughly translates into: "you have to learn to tame your solitude". Its not easy, but the spirituality that comes with running will help. You're never alone. Hang in there my friend.

      Oh boy!! That reminds me of the Disney Marathon in 2010!! Yes, it was 27 degrees at race start with a windchill of 17 - IN FLORIDA! But you have that ALL the time! ;-)

      Great run, great pace!! Definitely get out there and do some runs outside. I love winter running, but living in Florida, that means winter is when the weather is perfect for running!! We had some low 40s weather this morning!

    Another dreadmill workout. I should have ran outside since it was 58 today, but there was such a good Lifetime movie on I couldn't walk away from :) I know, I am such a old lady. Rock on kids.

    Any P90X work out is an awesome to start your day. No matter how many times I do Ab Ripper it never gets easy, this is Ab kicking workout :)
