      Just tell your watch to STFU! :-) I know I have said that out loud to mine during a run (when no one was around so I didn't look completely loony). I have a hard time reining in my HR towards the end of my runs and it's constantly beeping at me. It's a love-hate relationship but that watch is still my best running buddy! I'm sure you guys will work out your differences. ;-)

    Officially done with PT, it's time to get back to regular exercise. Starting with a run/walk program from my surgeon, it will be slow going, but I'm super happy that it felt good today!
