No idea how long this took... I forgot my watch and my iPod died midway through the run. It was probably somewhere around 35 or 36 minutes because I felt pretty slow. It also wasn't a good idea for me to have eaten a big bowl of chocolate granola with milk only 30 minutes before this run. Anyway I just ran to the very southernmost tip of the northern half of the English Garden and then turned around. I figured it would be about 2 miles to get there, and it turns out that it was exactly 2 miles since I meandered around the Hirschau club area for a few extra minutes. Overall, didn't feel too great, but I still felt much better than I have in the past few months and that's all that matters. I was tired after this run, so I'm gonna try to get in just 30 minutes in for tomorrow. I need to make sure I'm not rushing back into things!
