Pretty good. I took the dogs rather than the pram this time and focussing on them made me not think too much about the running I was doing, so felt like I got through it pretty quickly. Trouble is I should have done Week 2 last week! My new mini goal is to get the next two weeks of the program done in two actual weeks with no slacking off in between. Damn this exercise stuff...
