    Well, picked the wrong time of day to run on a hot day! Phew! And a couple of small hills! Tsk tsk, silly. Was tough. But will go back again.

    Went pretty well. Even thought I haven't done exercise like this for months, I felt pretty good. It got harder towards the end of course, but not too hard so I was happy about that.

      well done! @beyonebeeton is doing the C25K as well (she put me on to it). She must be about week 4 I think. From her profile it appears week 3 is going to hurt!
