Met a friend to run outside today. We walked and ran. First time out for me since running some short sprints on the treadmill. My hip and leg felt really good today. I just need to make sure to stretch, stretch, stretch and listen to my hip area on runs. But I'm so excited to be back out there running and thankful for a friend who is patient with my pace.
