Half marathon #5 Gorgeous views but I ran like shit. My legs cramped up almost instantly and they didn't really ever recover. There were several walk breaks and stopping to stretch The only things that made this run good were the scenery, perfect sunny weather, and running it with Ali. I'll bitch more in my blog post tonight.
