      Congrats on the weight loss!! Don't worry too much about time for the HM. On race day, the adrenaline will kick in and speed you up a bit. Plus, most training plans have you running slow on your long runs. If you've done a timed mile or 5K race recently, you can plug that time into an online calculator and get a decent prediction for your race time. Good luck!

      Congrats on your weightloss! I like what Li V. said about plugging in your current time into an online calculator to see what you might do pace-wise at your HM. I was worried about that, too, going into my first HM. Great job running 8.25 with no AC!!
