Week 6 Day 7 Half Marathon Training
6-8 miles today
Ended up only running 5 miles today but my friend Tessa and I ventured out to Hooper Park this morning and had a blast exploring the trails. We got attacked by mosquitoes every time we stopped, spider webs in our face, weird flying things, lizards and turtles, swamps and very muddy wet shoes and socks... I even got a battle wound on my left knee. FUN TIMES cant wait to do it again. I'm super sore!!!!
