Week 3 Day 3 Half Marathon Training
800m warmup
6x400m Splits(8:20, 9:03, 9:17, 8:53, 9:17, 8:34)
400m recovery after every interval
800m cool down
My intervals were not consistent, I didn't hydrate correctly today and was pretty much in a bad mood when I did this work out this evening. I run better in the mornings and have better days, lesson learned. Tired, got out some frustration and got it done, that's what really matters.
