easy 2 miles is no biggie here. This was my first dusk, eve run - not counting LVRNR. That's different, right? Took it totally slow. Tapering down for the HB Surf City this weekend. The knees are feeling good. Super good. Still wearing the bands, doing my stretches and loosening up with the foam roller. Oh and, the chia seeds are MAGICAL! laterz!
