    Long work week, so went for a LONG run. Summer is approaching so fast. Ground was warm an the wind on tail was soothing. A bit solo on the Santa Ana trail. Set out to do 6 and DID!

    Speedy run. Knee issues - gone! (or at least on hold) New route around town. Only difference has been the addition of the chia seeds in my oatmeal. SOOOO ready for Surf City run next weekend!

    Race went really well. Better than expected. Knees held up; weather was perfect; course was amazing; and B-52's WERE BITCHEN!!!!! Next race, HB Half Feb 5.
