    Kind of a half assed circuit training workout--I just wasn't feeling it today. Oh well I guess a halfassed workout is better than no workout at all!

    Class was good, however I felt like a lazy dancer. Some days even the easiest stuff is hard. Hopefully tonite's class will be better cuz it's the hard class!!!

    So that was hard. And not fun. Didn't like the teacher's teaching style--I much prefer Harmony's teaching style so I will continue Harmony's classes.

    Instructor was 15 minutes late so we had to leave early because we had to go to trivia. We were at ATL station which doesn't have mileage monitors so I can only assume I biked around 15 miles
