I have to get better with pacing these runs. I run too fast, walk, run too fast walk. Ugh.


That's the same thing I'm going through. I think (hope) it will come with the weeks of training.

I'm using what I call my "modified Higdeon." Moved things around to fit my schedule better, bumped some numbers up and down. If I do well, I'm a genius; Poorly, I'll blame him.
