    First run since I got a concussion, so I took it easy. It was also muggy so those two things meant I did a run/walk run. Good to get out there and feel okay given my marathon is 8 days away.

    Group run with the Emmaus Run Inn. Part of it was on trails (ow foot) and I did part of the run with a mom and helped her push the stroller with two kids in it. That was tough!

    Test baloon to see how my right foot did after two days of rest, ice, and advil. Sore but no sharp pain. Re-lacing my shoe as a ladder seems to help. Longer test run tomorrow.

    Three sets of two-mile repeats with half mile in between plus one mile warm up and one mile cool down. Hit my marks, but man did I work for it. Glad I finished it out.
