My sister-in-law passed away yesterday afternoon after a four year battle with breast cancer. We will her. I am foregoing my 5K today because we were up very late and need to pack and leave today. I will get in 3-4 miles in today. My wife is holding up okay for now.

    Thank you all. This still isn't quite real for us and won't be until we get up to NJ for the funeral. You guys are the best. I am glad I found a place where I am encouraged to be as healthy as possible. I know this ride ends, but I want to stay around as possible and enjoy it while I can.
