This run/walk of 5 walking/10 running was brutal because the hills. I did drink about 30 ounces of water and took 32 ounces of hydration with me.
I ran a long dead-end street near my house I have noticed before, but found on the map. It was a smooth mess of downhill, flat, downhill, flat. (During my walk time of course), then turning around and running back up them uphill, relief, uphill, relief.
Very odd musical selection on the Faux Pod. Lots of early, Billy Joel and miscellaneous 1980s I can't run to Billy Joel, but I really dug the Boomtown Rats, Smithereens, "Man in motion", and "Better off Dead" by E.G. Daly.


Nice job on those hills. You challenged yourself and succeeded!
