I got my Atlanta Track Club renewal in the mail today...so now I "have" to train for the Peachtree. This is the first time I have done a straight run of 2.5 miles in a few weeks. It was nice. I want to be able to run 3.1 in 3 weeks, regardless of the speed. My knee was a little twingy after I stopped, but everything was fine while running. (very slowly running).


Good, Dan! A concrete goal for yourself! Just remember how much fun you had at Peachtree last year.
