I don't think it matters right now, does it? If the point is to get outside and be alone, perhaps the exercise is just to keep up the hait of going oout there. Eventually you'll all move and the allergens will be different, and your lungs will adjust to a new environment, if things don't improve markedly there in UT to allow you to run the way you want to.

you know what? Triathlon is TOTALLY doable! I can't ride a bike, but I can swim and I can run (not fast, but I have endurance), and I did a sprint triathlon (was on my bucket list) and it is TOTALLY doable! I came in 2nd last, but I didn't quit and I challenged myself and to be honest? The cross training was exactly what I needed!

Are you able to ride the bike at all (regular or stationary)? I've heard that can be a comparable leg turnover. Plus, the pool's not such a bad place to be in this heat!
